1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Choralize, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Credit System

Choralize uses a credit-based system for processing audio files:

• Credits are purchased via Stripe and are non-refundable.
• Each processing job consumes credits based on the mode (separation, score, harmonization).
• Credits never expire unless the service is discontinued.
• Subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Only upload audio content you own or have permission to use.
• Not use the service for illegal or infringing purposes.
• Not attempt to bypass credit limits or abuse the processing system.
• Not upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the platform.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your uploaded audio files and generated results. Choralize claims no ownership over your content. The platform itself, including our AI models and processing pipeline, is proprietary.

5. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Processing times may vary based on server load. We are not liable for delays or failures in processing.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Choralize is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, including lost credits, processing failures, or data loss.
